State-Space Formulas for the Nehari--Takagi Problem for Nonexponentially Stable Infinite-Dimensional Systems

چکیده
We obtain state-space formulas for the solution of the Nehari-Takagi/sub-optimal Hankel norm approximation problem for infinite-dimensional systems with a nonexponentially stable generator, via the method of J-spectral factorization. We make key use of a purely frequency domain solution of the problem. AMS mathematical subject classification numbers: 41A30, 47B35, 47B50, 47N70, 93B28.

Admissibility analysis for discrete-time singular systems with time-varying delays by adopting the state-space Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model
This paper is pertained with the problem of admissibility analysis of uncertain discrete-time nonlinear singular systems by adopting the state-space Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model with time-delays and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Lyapunov Krasovskii functionals are constructed to obtain delay-dependent stability condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which is dependent on the low...
متن کاملRobustly stabilizing controllers for dissipative infinite-dimensional systems with collocated actuators and sensors
We derive formulas for normalized doubly coprime factorizations over H 1 , for a class of nonexponentially stabilizable systems. Using these results, we solve the problem of robust stabilization with respect to normalized coprime factor perturbations for a class of innnite-dimensional systems (A; B; B ; D), with nite-rank inputs and outputs and dissipative A; these systems are not exponentially...
متن کاملThe Suboptimal Nehari Problem for Well-Posed Linear Systems
We solve the suboptimal Nehari problem for a transfer function that has a state-space realization as a system-stable (input, output and inputoutput stable) well-posed linear system. We obtain an explicit solution in terms of the state-space parameters.
متن کاملElzaki transform method for finding solutions to two-dimensional elasticity problems in polar coordinates formulated using Airy stress functions
In this paper, the Elzaki transform method is used for solving two-dimensional (2D) elasticity problems in plane polar coordinates. Airy stress function was used to express the stress compatibility equation as a biharmonic equation. Elzaki transform was applied with respect to the radial coordinate to a modified form of the stress compatibility equation, and the biharmonic equation simplified t...
متن کاملRelaxed commutant lifting and a relaxed Nehari problem: Redheffer state space formulas
The description of all solutions to the relaxed commutant lifting problem in terms of an underlying contraction, obtained earlier in joint work of the author with A.E. Frazho and M.A. Kaashoek, is transformed into a linear fractional Redheffer state space form. Under certain additional conditions the coefficient functions in this representation are described explicitly in terms of the original ...
